Quiet place. Although nobody visits there anymore except few enthusiasts. Recommended for school field trips. The museum also has a garden and a cafe inside it.

This museum holds the most diverse range of art, from paintings to relics, sculptures and models that depict all the facets of Pakistani culture. This museum consists of 11 galleries that showcase artifacts from the Indus Valley Civilization up to modern times. It also boasts a large collection of coins and many rare manuscripts of the Quran

Lovely place full of historical marks preserved carefully. People having interest in the regional history should pay a visit to the museum.

Collect, Preserve & Exhibit Culture

The Museum has a collection of 58,000 old coins (some dating from 74 Al-Hijra), and hundreds of well-preserved sculptures. Some 70,000 publications, books and other reading material of the Archeology and Museums Department were also shifted to the National Museum so that general public could see them. Every year National Museum holds around a dozen exhibitions on National Days and other occasions.
